We accept all major credit and debit cards, with the exception of Amex cards, together with Paypal Payments or Cheques. Please note that Paypal payments can take up to 5 days to clear. We will therefore not send out any goods until payments have cleared through the banking system.

Credit Card Security:- Please be assured that all orders placed using credit card/switch card payments are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Delivery outside of the UK and Europe:- In order to advise of the cost of delivery of your goods outside of the UK and Europe please email us sales@mazdarotaryparts.com.
We will only charge a maximum delivery cost of £25.00 for delivery within the UK and a maximum delivery cost of £40.00 for orders within Europe. Please see the following:-
Credit Card Payments:- We will only charge a maximum of £25.00 for the UK or £40.00 for Europe for delivery costs on multiple item orders.
Paypal Payments:- Please note that we will refund your paypal account where multiple delivery costs have been charged and will only charge the maximum delivery cost of £25.00 for delivery within the UK and £40.00 for delivery within Europe.
Cheque Payments:- Please only include a maximum delivery cost of £25.00 on multiple item orders with your payment.
When sending a cheque payment, please make this payable to Mazdarotaryparts and send to:- Mazda Rotary Parts,The Old Rectory Business Centre, Springhead Road, Northfleet, Kent DA11 8HN. Please write your name and address details on the back of the cheque together with your order number.
Value Added Tax (VAT):-VAT is charged on all UK and EU orders. For Non EU orders VAT is deducted at the checkout and no VAT is charged.
Delivery of Goods:- Your order is processed on the same day as you placed your order. We will normally send your order to you in 5 business days. In the event that your order will take longer than 5 working days we will notify you of a delivery time.
Availability:- We always try to make sure that the prices are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the products in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to reach you we will treat the order as cancelled. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. Mazdarotaryparts aims to carry in stock the majority of items that are feature on the website, but due to the extensive nature of our range of car specific products, and the specialist nature of items, some items may become out of stock or are special order direct from the manufacturer. In the event of a delay in your order caused by an item being out of stock or specially ordered we will contact you by phone or e-mail to advise of the estimated delivery time, and in the case of specially ordered items we will confirm the deposit required. Some of our products are made to order and as such a time for manufacture is noted on the product page of the website. Payment for these goods is taken in full at the time of ordering.
Mazdarotaryparts may cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability or description of products at any time at its sole discretion.
All size's given on this site are approximate dimensions only due to tolerances in materials we can not give exact dimensions of the products.
Returns Policy - 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If upon receipt of delivery you find that your goods have been damaged in transit please notify us immediately by e-mailing sales@mazdarotaryparts.com or phoning us on 01474 361800. Replacement items will then be requested and sent to you. In the unlikely event that your items have a defect e.g. missing parts, please advise us so we can arrange a dispatch of replacement parts to you as soon as possible.
Once you receive your order you have fourteen days to decide if you wish to return it. However, providing the goods have been correctly supplied a 15% handling charge will apply. The 14 days start from the day after the day that you receive the goods. We will issue a refund equal to the value of the returned goods. Goods must be in perfect condition and returned in their original packaging. We unconditionally reserve the right not to refund if the goods are not returned in a suitable condition. We regret that we cannot accept items that are part or fully assembled so please ensure you are happy with the goods before you begin assembly.
