Mazda U/K will charge you £125 plus Vat for the driver’s side and £134.76 plus VAT for the passenger side.
MRP are now able to offer this latest mount at just £90 plus VAT for each side, saving you £79.76 if you were buying the pair.
The engine mounts that hold the engine up and in the correct position are large rubber dough-nuts that insulate the frame of the car from the vibrations of the engine , however on the RX-8 the earlier version of this mount is prone to collapsing onto a safety bar incorporated into the mounting.
