Mazda Rotary Club

The Club was formed in November 2001 for owners of all Mazda Rotary’s from the early classic models, the RX-7 range and the current RX-8’s. It was set up to aid in the preservation, improvement and enjoyment of these unique vehicles. MRC’s membership proudly includes owners of every type of rotary engine car built by Mazda since the first Cosmo 110 of 1967.

Joining the largest rotary club in Europe is easy. Simply join on line at by clicking “Join MRC Now” at the top of the screen. Upon joining, new members receive a numbered card (needed to claim some discounts) and a tax disc holder and keying.

By sharing experiences and expertise through the Club, many owners have saved valuable time and money in tracking down a problem, handling routine maintenance or simply planning modifications to improve the performance or appearance of their car. Many people have also used the knowledge and expertise of members when purchasing their very first rotary car. MRC aims to assist with the enjoyment of owning a rotary powered car where ever possible from organising informal “pub meet” type meetings, official Club track days and Club attendance at various car shows throughout the year.

The Club is also able to assist rotary owners through its hugely popular website where members are able to communicate with rotary enthusiasts from all over the world, whether for fun or for assistance with their particular pride and joy.

In addition to becoming part of MRC’s rotary community Full Club Members will enjoy access to various discounts when joining the AA and RAC breakdown cover, and specially negotiated rates with various insurance companies as well as participating suppliers including some Mazda dealers. Full Club Members will also benefit from subsidies on a wide range of activities including track days and dyno shoot outs, together with reduced ticket prices for our own All-Japanese action event Rotorstock – - held at Santa Pod Raceway, near Northampton.
